I didn’t build Lainey

I didn’t need another AI I could ask for help.
I needed somewhere I could hand the work.
I’d done the prompts, the custom GPTs and the automations. I was still holding the business together in my head.
I’ve spent more than a decade in marketing and digital, and taught thousands of women in business how to use AI. Then I had another baby. I was still ambitious about my business, but had far less uninterrupted time. I needed to get more done without working more hours.
I wanted to do excellent work without being chained to the laptop. With school pickup, client calls, a launch happening and a baby on the floor.
Lainey was what I needed. So I built it.

01Do I need to be good at AI?

You don’t need to be technical. This beta is best for women already using AI, creating content and running active projects or launches. You talk to Lainey normally; you don’t need a perfect prompt.
02Is Lainey just another version of ChatGPT?
+
Lainey connects your conversation to Content Studio, Projects and the business context in your Brain. The work stays with the project or content piece, so you can pick up where you left off instead of rebuilding the brief.
03How much setup is involved?

We’ll start together in a live group of five with Jess. Bring your business context, a few examples of your writing and one real piece of work. Check what Lainey understands before it becomes part of your Brain. Group onboarding is included, with no separate fee.
04Will Lainey do things without my approval?
+
She prepares drafts and suggestions. You approve the plan, review the words and choose whether content is scheduled or published. You also approve suggested Brain updates. Nothing in the example workspaces on this page changes your own account.
05Does Lainey replace my VA or EA?
+
She can prepare content, plans, project work and handovers. She is not a human who can make calls, handle sensitive client situations or do things in the physical world. You may still need human support or specialist tools for those jobs.
06Why the three-month commitment, and when can I cancel?

Ninety days gives you time to teach Lainey your business, build the habit of using her and give Jess feedback during the beta. The minimum initial term is three months, billed monthly, for a minimum total of AUD $1,050.
After that, your subscription continues month to month. Cancel before your next billing date to stop at the end of your current paid month. You keep access for the month you have paid for.
07What counts as one piece of content?

Your membership includes 10 new Lainey-generated content pieces per week. One email, one social post with its caption, one carousel, one Story sequence, one Reel or video script, one Pin, one blog article or one LinkedIn document pack counts as one piece, once successfully saved. A carousel or Story sequence is one piece, not one credit per slide.
Manually written posts, imported copy and reposting existing content do not use generation credits. Asking Lainey to generate a new piece from source material does. Failed attempts and retries do not consume extra completed-piece credits.
This allowance covers the written content, not a promise that a video has been filmed or every image has been made. You still review the words, finish the creative and approve publishing.
08What does automatic repair mean?

Lainey checks the draft against the brief and your saved voice. If she identifies a quality failure, one automatic repair is included in that piece. This is not a promise of unlimited rewrites, or a guarantee that every draft will be right first time.
You remain the final reviewer. Edit the words, check the facts and decide whether they are ready to use.
09What happens when I’ve used my weekly allowance?

After 10 new generated pieces are successfully saved, generating another new piece pauses until the next weekly allowance. Editing existing content stays available. Manual posts, imported copy and reposts do not consume generation credits. This is a generation allowance, not a cap on all posts or a promise of unlimited publishing.
Before this revised offer opens, the exact reset timing and treatment of member-requested rewrites will be confirmed alongside the product controls and terms. Extra paid pieces or rollover are not promised in this beta offer.
10Is Life included in this beta?

No. You can tell Lainey about school pickup or a shorter working day so she can plan business work around your actual capacity. That is context, not a separate Life workspace.
Life, journaling, reflection, connected personal calendars and inboxes, Numbers and a standalone CRM are not current beta inclusions. The Coming next section is a roadmap, not part of what you are buying today.
What can I schedule or publish, format by format?

Review status: direct publishing paths are still in final testing. This list distinguishes the paths present in Lainey from manual delivery. Final beta availability needs to be confirmed before this revised offer goes live.
